Billing and Collection Procedures
Low-Income Assistance Program Consumers who qualify for financial assistance programs, such as: Salvation Army, Red Cross, Samaritan House or Community Action Agency, must meet the criteria of Item 2 above. If the amount guaranteed by any agency does not meet the 50 percent required, then the consumer must pay the difference to meet the qualifications in Item 2.
