Apply for Service
To apply for service from Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative please use the application provided below. Fill in all requested information then either fax or mail the application to Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative. Individuals applying for service need to include a photocopy of a photo ID, preferably a driver's license, directions to the property and the 8-digit meter number located on the data plate of the meter (not the meter reading). We require the meter number from the service location for internal control purposes to ensure that our consumer records are as accurate as they can possibly be.
