Single-phase service at 120/240 volts or three phase service at 120/240 volts
delta or 120/208 or 277/480 volts wye.
Customer charge of $100 plus $7.50/kW for all kW over 10, plus energy charge
of $.04862/kWh for all kWh.
The monthly billing capacity shall be the measured maximum integrated 15 minute
capacity during each billing period of approximately 30 days, measured in kW;
provided however, that such capacity shall be taken at not less than 75 percent
of the measured maximum capacity requirements established during the 11 months
preceding the billing period or 75 percent of the contracted capacity, whichever
is greater.
Minimum monthly bill shall not be less than $100.

Applicable to industrial chippers having an expected peak demand of 1500 kVa
or greater.
Three-phase service 2400/4160 volts wye.
Charge for billing capacity:
$3 per kVa for all kVa or $9.87 per kVa measured at the time of the source.
Substation monthly peak whichever is greater.
For the first 15,000 kWh
5.5070 cents per kWh for all kWh.
For all kWh above 15,000 kWh and up to 15- kWh per kVa for all kWh, 2.812
cents.
For all 150 kWh per 150 kWh per kVa of billing capacity: 1.212 cents per kWh
for all kWh.

1200 kVa or greater, and a load factor in excess of 80 percent.
Three-phase service 2400/4160 volts wye.
Charge for billing capacity:

that have existing three-phase circuits of adequate capacity. Service to other
areas may require a customer contribution in aid of construction.
Applicable to industrial chippers having an expected peak monthly demand of
3000 KVA or greater, when the customer’s entire electric requirements
are furnished by the Cooperative. Service cannot be resold or shared with
others.
Three-phase service 2400/4160 volts wye.
Charge for billing capacity:
$4.63 per kVA for all kVA
For the first 250 kWh per kVA of billing capacity:
3.448 cents per kWh for all kWh.
For all over 250 kWh per kVA of billing capacity:
9.002 per kWh for all kWh.
The monthly billing shall be modified if the consumer’s monthly load
factor falls below 35 percent as follows:
For each kWh below 35 percent monthly load factor shall be charged 2.012 cents
per kWh.
The monthly billing capacity shall be the measured maximum integrated 15 minute
capacity during each billing period of approximately 30 days, measure in
kVa: provided however, that such capacity shall be taken at not less than
90 percent of the maximum capacity charge established during the 11 months
preceding the billing period or 90 percent of the contracted capacity, whichever
is greater. No billing capacity shall be for less than 3000 kVA.

Service will be supplied through a single point of delivery and shall be used
for lighting of outdoor athletic fields and facilities used exclusively in
conjunction with athletic events on these fields. All facilities beyond the
point of service, including poles, overhead distribution, the necessary transformation
facilities and control equipment, shall be owned, operated, and maintained
at the expense of the Consumer.
Single or three-phase service at the voltage of the available primary distribution
lines of the Cooperative (primary), or at the secondary voltage of transformation
facilities supplied from the Cooperative’s distribution system (secondary).

This rate is restricted to Customers receiving power for resale from primary
service at a nominal voltage of 7,200 volts or greater. The rate is further
restricted to consumers affected as a result of the Alabama Service Territories
for Electric Suppliers Act of 1985.
Service under this rate shall be separately metered.
Alternating current, 60-hertz, single phase or three-phase, with the voltage
in each case to be determined by the Cooperative.
The Cooperative shall not be required to, but may expand its existing facilities
to make deliveries under this tariff. The Customer shall be liable for any
and all costs incurred as a result of an expansion of facilities made to make
deliveries under this tariff.
The load under this tariff shall be separately metered by energy only. Such
metering equipment shall be furnished, installed, maintained and owned by
the Cooperative.
