Consumers
requiring service on a temporary basis shall be required to pay fees for connection
and disconnection incidental to the supplying and removal of service. Such payment
shall be required in advance as determined by the Cooperative’s Policy
on Service, Temporary Power to Construction site.
Temporary electric service for carnivals, revivals and other installations
known or believed to be strictly of a short-term duration shall be installed
at the expense of the applicant applying for electric service. An estimate
of the cost of such service shall be calculated and collection made therefore
in advance. Such costs to include, but not be limited to, the installation
and removal plus the estimated cost of electric service for the period requested.
