Board Trustees

In the interest of the personal privacy and security of the members of the Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, we ask that any mailed correspondence to board members be sent to PO Box 837, Talladega, AL 35161. That correspondence will be forwarded to the board member to which it is addressed. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we thank you for your understanding.

Regular meetings of the CVEC Board of Trustees occur on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 1 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Meetings occur at the CVEC headquarters unless otherwise stated. The January 2025 meeting will occur on Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. The February meeting will occur March 4 at 1 p.m. 

Members wishing to address the board at a meeting must submit a written request to General Manager Jon Cullimore, at least five business days prior to the meeting. The request must state the purpose for addressing the board.
