Otodata Lease Agreement

  1. Parties: This agreement is between Coosa Valley Propane Services, Inc. (herein known as Company) and the signee (known as Customer) and defines the responsibilities and restrictions of both parties regarding the setup and usage of the Otodata tank monitoring system (known as System).

  2. Responsibilities: Upon completion of this lease agreement, Company agrees to install and program the System on the Customer’s tank(s). Company will also activate the Product for the Customer, permitting Customer to download and use the System’s accompanying phone application. The Otodata monitor that is part of the System will be the Company’s property. Customer also agrees to pay a one-time yearly fee for use of System.

    In case the monitor fails to work, Company will replace it and install a new one at no charge to the Customer.

  3. Fees: The yearly fee/lease for the System will be $72 per year, paid at the time of installation then once annually for each year lease remains viable. If Customer decides to discontinue service, Customer agrees to give Customer 30 days’ notice before termination of the contract.
